How to set up this feed?

Hi,
I'd like to setup a news feed to my blog on NeewsIsFree.com.
The questions to answer on the setup from are:
-Host In the case of a Blogger blog, you may leave the default value. In other cases, the value defaults to the address of the computer you are using to view this page (for Radio Userland) or to an empty string. Simple fill in the host name or IP address on the server.

-Path This is the path to the RPC handler on the server. For MT, PhpNuke, etc., it assumes they are installed at the route of the server. Please fix the path as required.

My site and Serendipity are hosted by Godaddy -www.site.com/serendipity
I'm a bit clueless to figure out what this "Host" and "Path" means

.

Host: www.yoursite.com should work
Path: /serendipity/serendipity_xmlrpc.php this is the path to the xml-rpc interface for your blog.

You will be asked to select the API. In my opinion, MetaweblogAPI is more usable with the current s9y.
