Hi SHRIKEE,
something that happened to me: Upgrading from a previous version of the statistics-Plugin works better by removing the statistics at first and then adding your new plugin. I just wondered why I didn't see any of the graphs and counts. Apart from that, I really like the new layout.

you indeed are advised to remove the old stats, because a new db setup is used.
