Some users on my blog want to upload pdf's and easy link those in there text. But I can't find an easy way... How should the do this?
As long as you want a link to the downloadable PDF -- as opposed to including the PDF's contents in an entry -- then you can use the Media Manager. In the admin screen, click the Media Manager link and upload the PDF file.
You may want to add some subdirectories, as the media equivalent of categories, to make it more intuitive for your users.
Whenever you want a link to a PDF in an entry, just click the little "media" button above your editing window. It'll take you to the media manager and let you insert your PDF as a link.
You may also want to install the "Extended Options for Media Manager" plugin. It makes things a bit easier to work with.
