Id like to collect rss feeds and use them on my site. The artices I want to post are colected from other news sites but those are general sites I just want sertain news not all.

What are you referring to? Did you accidently post a new topic instead of answering to a thread?
You can collect RSS feeds and display them in your blog sidebar via the "Remote RSS feeds" plugin. You must then show the RSS feed that is applicable for you.
