"New Group" woes

Post by marcolino »

I feel quite troublesome creating a new group in s9y, with all those options available (and whose hierarchy is not so straightforward ...) . I think it would be of great help to have a button: "Inherit from existing group", or "Copy from existing group". What do You think about it ? Would it be a mess to implement ? I would like to do it myself, but I'm really a newbie ... ;-)

Hi!

Actually this is pretty easy. :-)

I have just committed this to SVN:

http://svn.berlios.de/viewcvs/serendipi ... ps.inc.php

That allows you to edit an existing group and save it as a new group (just insert a different name and click on "Create new group"). What do you think about it?

Regards,
Garvin
