It must have been a long day. I thought I was in Personal Settings and wanted to change my User Name.
In fact I was in Configuration: Database Settings and changed my Database User Name.
When I saved the changes, nothing happened and then I got a DATABASE_ERROR
notice.
We can't find the table where Serendipity stores the database user info. We checked every table in the database that relates to the blog and none of them contain the info we need. We also checked several others without luck. Can you tell us how to correct the mess I've created? Perhaps you can provide the table and field where the data is supposed to be located.
Changed the database user id; can't log in.

Those settings of the database are found in the file "serendipity_config_local.inc.php" which you'll need to edit.
