Wrong user after adding plugins

Hi everybody!
after installing a plugin with spartacus all permissions are set to default-user www-data....
My problem is, that I can't change the permission for this user...
So my question is:
how can I set the user by creating new files when installing a plugin with spartacus?

You can configure the spartacus plugin within the plugin configuration screen and set the user/permission defaults that spartacus uses.

However, if PHP is allowed to change permissions is always dependent on whether the host/webserver allows that.
