Importing Posts from Blogger.com

Hi @ all!

I have a blog at Googles Blogger.com with about 125 posts + comments.
Can I export these posts in a format I can import to Serendipity?
Perhaps with editing the template to something like RSS?
But what the template have to look like?
Can someone gimme an example please?
