serendipity_config_local.inc.php

I try to install the latest version of s9y, s9y_20060121438

But the installation stops because of "not writable serendipity_config_local.inc.php".

But there are no file named "serendipity_config_local.inc.php"... what am I missing?

There is a file "serendipity_config.inc.php" but no local...

From a older installation I see that there is a file "serendipity_config_local.inc.php"... can I use that one or are some cahnges made in it?

That config file is the configuration file that s9y writes when installing. Thus, s9y needs to have write privileges on that file. So either set your s9y directory to be writable for the webserver user, or create an empty serendipity_config_local.inc.php file and make that writable for serendipity.
