problem moving to different server

I am trying to change to a different server.

I moved my 0.8.3 files and database over, edited serendipity_config_local.inc.php and serendipity_config.

Everything seems to work properly, except the administration area is just a white background with text. It works, but is ugly. The public view renders its template fine.

What might have caused this?
How do I fix this?

Next I am planning on upgrading to 0.9.1.

This can happen if the Admin stylesheet cannot be loaded. Look inside your HTML code of the admin pane, locate the URL of the admin stylesheet and try to load it in your browser to see why it doesn't load.

last night it was not rendering properly, but when I checked it today, it is working.
It fixed itself when I was sleeping???

Maybe it was a caching problem of your old stylesheet?!
