Sure. Just create a new user who has the right to maintain other people's entries in the user management.

i have the german version of serendipity. i know the user management (benutzerverwaltung) is the place where i have to set rights...but if i do this:

Rechte: Einträge veröffentlichen?
Darf Einträge veröffentlichen?

the user can not release the news of other newsposters...

You must have a look at the group management (Gruppenverwaltung). There, the permission " adminEntriesMaintainOthers: Einträge anderer Benutzer verwalten" must be set for the group you want your users to be able to manage other peoples entries...
