Please explain what you mean exactly, I can't make sense out of your request.

You want your users to be able to register themselves as authors? Use the "User Self-Registration" plugin [serendipity_plugin_adduser].

i want to make a block were the registration bar is.

so i want to know wich pluggins u need to make a registration good without error.

What do you mean with "registration bar"? Can you show a screenshot or a URL of what you need?

Do you want to insert HTML code? Then look at the index.tpl file of your template...
