Making a sidebar

How can i add a sidebar in my weblog site because now i have 1 sidebar and thats is on the right and i want one to on the left.

wich plugin is this

in ur plugins page u will see a drop down menu next to all ur plugins.
select left from it and it will appear on ur left sidebar
