How can i add statistics without the pluggin in the index menu.

Uhm...why not use the plugin?

How do I view the entire contents of statistics? I can see them in the Admin panel, but what if I want to see the entire log? Where do I find it? It also seems like a lot of the hits are bots and webcrawlers, is that normal?

You can view the entire look by inspecting your Apache HTTP logfile. Please ask your system provider how to get it -- it is unrelated to Serendipity.
