Changing the titles in the sidebar?

Not much of a php devleoper, but I wanted to know how I can change the Titles in the sidebar, so that it's easier for bloggers to know where to post comments.

You can use HTML Nugget plugin , to make more menus on side bar

everfresh: Some plugins allow you to change the title by going to their plugin configuration screen.

Is there a specific plugin were you want to set the title differently?
