Comments and Trackbacks blocked

Hi, i can't track down the problem, so i don't know, if it is a bug or just my stupidity. I'm quite new with s9y, so i'm thankful for any hint.

My blog blocks comments and trackbacks, but i don't want it to.

This is my Spam Protector configuration:
Emergency comment shutdown: No
Enable Captchas: No
Force comment moderation after how many days: 0
How many links before a comment gets rejected: 13
Check e-mail addresses?: No
Required comment fields: ""

So this doesn't seem to be the problem.

Below every entry is this link: (Do not allow comments to this entry)
So no individual entry is blocked.

Any suggestions? You may spam/try my blog, for yourself
