Cannot ping blogrolling.com with Announce Entries Plugin

I can successfully ping all sites with the Announce Entries plugin except blogrolling.com. I get this:

FAIL! - DATABASE ERROR: The table \'weblogs\' is full, query was INSERT INTO weblogs SET name=\'PerfectCr.com\', url=\'http://perfectcr.com\', last_update=\'1133474516\'.

Any idea why? Odd because all the others successfully ping.

It's an error from blogrolling, tell their admins please
