This is odd...

In an instant, all of my blog has the text right aligned and if a line ends with a punctuation mark, it shows up before the text.

Any idea what's causing this?

You installed the Serendipity LTR ("Left to Right") Template.

Go revert it to the Serendipity Default Theme.
