Spartacus Error

Post by Ryanx0r »

I installed Spartacus alright, and it gets the xml file from the server.. but when i want to install a plugin via spartacus I get the following error
Cannot write to directory /var/www/htdocs/blog//plugins/. Please check the permissions
Notic the to forward slashes (after /htdocs/blog) (dunno how that got there.. maybe something with the config dirs?)

Anyhoo.. any ideas?

The error message tells you the error: Your plugins directory is not writable for Spartacus AKA the webserver. Assign the propper permissions. 777 if unsure. :)

Oh.. ok, once again, you're spot on ... :/

I was just baffled at the // that I was thinking it wouldn't read the dir or something... works now..

But WHY does the link contain // after /htdocs/blog ??

Btw, thanks :)

The // is just cosmetical. //////////////////////////// and / are 100% identical. It just looks different :)
