Userlist too long

Post by FORESTHUS »

Hi,

I´ve got a really bad situation. In my blog there are more than 100 User and as the admin it is really not nice to admin the userlist ´cause while creating the userlist I´ve got to wait for more than 2min.

Is it possible to show only 20 users with the option to sort by name, id etc.? I´d like to have the editing form at the top of the userlist not at the bottom.

Now I am editing all with SQLyog.

Does someone know how?

You mean the listing when you click on "Manage Users"?

I agree that pagination could be introduced on that page. It just is rarely the case that someone has 40+ users to manage.

Do you know some PHP, would you like to get involved in coding this?

Best regards,
Garvin

Hi,

well that is good question, if I suppose helping in coding the stuff.

I´m trying now at the meanwhile and if there is no answer before I got a solution in this forum, I´ll post the CODE.

But if you are coding at the same time, we might be faster. :)

That would be great!

We already have pagination code for entries and for comments, so maybe you can easily borrow similar code from these pages?

Thanks a lot for your help,
Garvin
