New install 0.9 but don't see Spartacus

Did I do something wrong or do I need to upload something else?

I am not able to upload stuff from the CVS - like the weather plug in for sidebar - and get them to work for some reason.

Soooooooo, will some kind soul tell me what can be done to run Spartacus?

usually go to the plugin menu, install a new event plugin, then select spartacus. after this you should be able to download stuff from the web too.
