PopFetcher

Post by PENorwood »

Hello,

I have read the previous postings about POPFetcher and didn't see an answer, so I'll ask here.

Whenever I send an email to the POP account designated for POPFetcher it only takes the subject and seems to ignore the text. If I send an attachment (even if it is blank) it works and I get the body of the email.

I can do that and always send along the blank attachment but it is more difficult to do from my cellphone which is what I want this feature for.

I believe I have popfetcher 1.3

I have attached the full email so you can see maybe what is happening.

Could you please tell me the settings how you configured popfetcher? There are several options which could be reponsible for this...

Best regards,
Garvin

Hello,

That may be my problem ... I am not sure how to set it up properly ... I have tried it with plaintext attachments turned on and off ... and neither really seems to work the way I would like.

Why don't you just post your current settings as requested, then I'll tell you what might be wrong.

Garvin

Thanks to your help I just committed version 1.4 of the plugin, which fixes the problem!

You should be able to download the new version through CVS or spartacus within the next 48 hours. If you want it faster, copy+paste this code into your serendipity_event_popfetcher.php file:
