How do I setup an email this page or blog entry directly

I want to be able to have my users to click to email a entry.

How do I set that up on my main page?

I installed the item you mentioned but it is not showing on my main page.

I only have one item entry listed but I was hoping it would show on the main page a link to send it to others.

You are right, it doesn't show on the mainpage, but when you click the title of an entry then there's the function to mail this entry.
