[won't fix] Converting German Umlauts in Headers

Just saw that a german Ü in a Headline getsconvertued to UE instead of Ue..

It's 0.8.5, didn't test it with 0.9

In my Firefox 1.07 with german settings its "Überraschung, Überraschung!"

Hi!

Yeah, we can't ever make it right: IF someone tipes "ÜBERRASCHUNG!" he will expect "UEBERRASCHUNG" and not "UeBERRASCHUNG". It's too much performance impact to check the next character after the Ü before converting it, so I don't think we should fix/change that.
