Importing Feeds

Am trying to import an RSS feed. I can successfully import entries, yet when I publish them, they don't appear in the blog. I checked the database, and they are in fact listed in the database.

I created a new entry manually and it appeared immediately. But new entries from an import don't appear in the blog..... Strange I know but true.

It's even stranger than I thought. There seems to be a delay in posting from feeds. Although the entries had been imported correctly, they only appeared in my blog about 30 minutes later.

Is this strange or WHAT?

Your blog does usually not show entries that are posted "in the future".

It seems the RSS feed you are importing from has set the entries with a different posting timestamp than your server is running, and thus the item only gets published when the real time has been hit.
