Theme will not load when Serendipity is loaded in a frame

Post by ozmandious »

:?: After upgrading to the newest version, I am still unable to get Serendipity to load with its theme from within a frame. The idea being a split frame with a menu at the top and various content loading at the bottom. It loads properly with Firefox 1.0, but not with IE 5.0+or MyIE2 (Maxathon). Any suggestions?

http://mychal.net/ I guess that would help, wouldnt it?
The odd thing is I expect the opposite. I expect Firefox to be having the issue, not IE based browsers...

That's really funy! :)

If you call http://mychal.net/ser/ in IE by itself, and then return to your frame-page, it works. Well, looks like a stupid IE-bug to me... :(

 ... The only thing that comes to mind is that there is some difference between the way IE and Mozilla based browsers process CSS. I'm looking up alternative code to load the index.php into a frame and see if it makes any difference. Thanks for taking a look though. :)
