Will Serendipity meet these requirements

I have a small project to do and to save time I was hoping someone might be so helpful as to confirm whether Serendipity meets these funtional requirements we have set for our Blog software.

- Standards compliance
- Dynamic/instant publishing (no static pages/no rebuild after changes)
- Multiple blogs
- Multiple authors
- Multiple administrators
- Comments
- Trackback and pingback support
- Permanlinks
- Comment spam filter
- RSS output
- Categorisation (and sub-categorisation)
- Image/file upload
- Easy upgrades (Not really a functional requirement but a wishlist item)

I'd be most appreciative if anyone could assist on this one.

yes for all of em except Multiple blogs. It allows multiple blogs but it isn't true multi blog. S9Y allows u to create categories into its own blog. own theme and sidebar plugins etc.

Its image/upload/manage feature is the best there is.
