administration problem in Japanese blog

Hello, I appreciate if someone could help for my problem.

I made a blog page two days ago and it was working fine until I change plug in setting to Japanese. Now I have problem of going to admin page log in. My blog site is below and this works fine.

However, to log in to admin page, the page does not open

I suppose that there is some mistake of Japanese language path to access to host computer but I am not so what is the problem.

What should I do to fix this problem?
Do you think I can continue using Japanese language blog ?

If anyone could help, I would be very happy.

Switched my testblog of serendipity just for fun to japanese to test if it
still works and i didnt find any problems (using 0.9b stable release) you
could check this link:

If nothing helps upload your serendipity software again and use the
update funktion maybe this helps.

Thank you very much for your answer.

Indeed, there is no problem.
I have tried to make a bookmark and changed some of the setting and also changed the path setting to HTML by mistake..then this blocked to log in. I came back to log in by memory and re-changed all the settings and it became fine.

I am sorry to bother you for this small problem as I am new to PC and blogging.

In any case, I welcome comments on the blog.
