Hi,
I suggested s9y for one of my customers who just want to have a website with some static pages. Now I'm unsure if it would be better to use the static-pages plugin and remove all categories or if I should better set up a category for each static page just containing one page.
I found some disadvantages on the static-pages:
Search Funktion do not search within the static pages text
URL-Rewriting does not build URL for the static pages links
So what would you suggest? Should I go ahead with static pages or would it be better to "misuse" articles for that purpose?

Personally I'd suggest to go with "abusing" categories, it offers you more flexibility in terms of templating and permissions...
