Help the entries almost disaper when uninstall some plugins!

I remember to uninstall some plugins about Quote,
now only 2 entries show up when browse my blog.

Before that I have 255 entries in SQLite DB.
and I take a look the size of DB., all of entries shoud be exist.

How could I do?
(My english is not good.)

The entries had been deleted except 2 entries,
and the comments is fine but I think it's no useful.

So, don't uninstall some plugins or you'll follow my step.

Uninstalling plugins contains no code that affects entries, so this should not happen.

Do you remember what exactly you have done? Did you maybe change authorgroups or used settings to restrict viewing permissions for entries?

I remembered to uninstall 3 plugins about quote or markup(!?) one time, then it happened.

I have a Cat. for co-author only, and contains 6 entries,
the Cat. left 2 entries when happened, but I didn't change
any settings about the Cat. before to uninstall.

So I intend to install 2 blogs, one for visitors and one for co-author.
I followed the "Shared installation" docs to install,
but didn't work, show up something like sqlite.inc.php error messages.
