Installing PHPBB (for non-techies)

Hi, I've read all the posts aboout installing PHPBB (and Galleries) inside Serendipity, but i'm afraid I am totally non-techie (that's why I findSerendipity and PHPBB so appealing in the first place).

I'm afraid I just can't get my limited-non-programmers' brain around your answers!

I've tried the 'External PHP Application' Plugin and obviously that didn't work.

I'm currently using the 'WrapURL' plugin as a workaround. The problem with embedding into iFrames is the double set of scrolling bars.

Has anybody done this in an easier way?
Or, even better, has anyone a plugin in development that would do this for me?
