I installed it and i don't see any difference.
Does it conflict with the cache option in Extended properties for entries
I have it on the top of the list

If you are viewing the page with a session as logged in author, the page is not cached.
View it as an anonymous user and you will see the cached version only.
It does currently behave well with the cache in extended properties.
