I am new to this forum and to Serendipity too. At last I found something that will fit my needs in my work. I will use this blog system to blog my work on the projects. The blog will be viewed by me and my coleagues in the work team only.
Now here is my question. Is it possible to mark a category as hidden so it not to appear at the blog main page? Yes, I can select a particular category and will view what I need only, but this is additional filter what to view or not ?
Regards,
Ivan

Serendipity 0.9 allows to configure certain categories to be only viewable by logged in authors.
Via a special plugin (Extended properties/templates for categories) one can also define which child-categories are displayed in the sidebar, if you want to just hide them from display.
Glad you like Serendipity!
