Ive just installed this via spartacus, version 2.0 of the plugin, with an 0.8.4. The install seems to have worked, but when I try to set up a template or block I get this error message:

Damn, my fault! Thanks for pointing it out. I forgot to add the form.inc.php file to the CVS!.

About an example page, sadly I have only my own expermental blog on a dialup line which I don't want to propagate....
