How to configure the HTML Nugget Plugin

I've found the code for the plugin in the include/plugin_internal.inc.php file but in reading the forum posts it sounds like there is an easier place to configure the HTML.

However that plugin doesn't show up in the admin are under configure plugins. Obviously I have just started using Serendipity and am still finding my way around...

Any suggestions ?
