how to become a user in the wiki?

recently I wanted correct the link to my blog.
But unhappely there is now a requirement for login to do so, but no registrypage.
Or I can't find it, at least

This wiki page is freely editable. Just use the "Edit" link on top of the page, not the "Change" button.
