audio captcha or hashcash

Hashcash is a system that will require the user to fulfull mathematical or other queries and check the answer. This system is hard for people that are not good at maths, so it is not a real option.

Audio captchas are technically too hard to implement and require too much on the user side. I for example have not enabled my soundsystem when browsing pages, plus you will get multilingual problems. What if you read the audio captcha in german but your reader is only able to read german but not hear the fast spelling?
