serendipity_event_forum needs a phpBB 3.1 mode

For 3.1 it posts the new topic, but there is this error:

Also the "Discuss this entry on the forum" link just links back to the blogs base url(ie http://william-mythtv/blog/ ) when clicked on from the Index page. When viewing the post, the "Discuss this entry on the forum" link links to the posts URL: http://william-mythtv/blog/index.php?/a ... osted.html. I'm just testing on my local computer.

In searching for that problem I found http://board.s9y.org/viewtopic.php?p=10429575#p10429575 The table phpbb_setting is no more as of 3.1, so you need to look in phpbb_config now for "server_name" and "script_path". There maybe more, not coder.

serendipity_event_forum needs a phpBB 3.1 mode

...and a maintainer!
We should note this to the plugin description that it is a currently unmaintained plugin and does not work with >= 3.1 phpBB versions, while been developed in 2005 and adapted to phpBB 3 in 2008.
I for myself have no time and motivation to get into this.
