Which table are these author settings stored in, because it does not seem to be the prefix_authors table:

Comments & trackbacks to this entry requires moderation: Yes No
Allow comments to this entry: Yes No
New Entry: Select: publish/draft
Show toolbar within media selector popup? Yes No

Hi!

Check the serendipity_config DB table with "authorid" set to the respective author.
