I have recently been receiving the following error message frequently:

serendipity error: could not include /services/webpages/a/i/aisgrade6.net/public/cblog/serendipity_config_local.inc.php - exiting.
Please create the file yourself or check permissions

Did you follow this suggestion? What is your answer? (To install it needs to be at least chmod 775 or 777 on some installations by the webservers user, commonly www-data:www-data)
