IE9 : javascript errors with event_livecomment

Hi,

I have just installe the livecomment plugin (2.5.4). When the "Inline javascript option" is set to "Yes", there is a javascript error when I access an entry of my blog with ie9 (no problem with FF or Opera… as usual!): ";" expected (the line is different for each entry).

If I set the option to "No", the buttons (Bold, Italic…) cannot be seen with IE9!

That's not really easy to fix for me because i have no internet explorer available when using linux, which hosts my testinstallation. I'll try to find the bug, but I'd appreciate it if someone more windows-centric could have a look.

sound like IE9 overinterpreting JS, i.e. being too rigorous with an optional ; at the end of lines?

Sure, but i get no such error with IE 9 on my blog.

Fabien, which preview-mode do you use? jQuery, legacy or none?
