This modification allow post feedbacks to Akismet server.
In "Edit comments" page for any comment you can click "Spam" or "Not spam".
And information about this comment will sent to configured akismet server by URI '/1.1/submit-spam' or '1.1/submit-ham' (see http://akismet.com/development/api/)

WOW! I'm excited! I've wanted this for a long time, it's great that you implemented this. The diff looks very good to me, so I committed it to SVN trunk.
