Text Formattin

I am unable to format text other than "B", "I", and "U". My first two entries I had that capablility and now am unable to correct the issue. Can anyone help?

Were you previously using the wysiwyg editor? To enable or disable this setting, go to Personal Settings -> Use WYSIWYG editor

I hear you Don but unfortunately the personal settings are already selected for WYSIWYG. That is my frustration. Unlike what I see here as formatting options I do not have the font size or color options tabs. Any other thoughts?

Is javascript enabled? Can you post a screen shot?

Advanced JS is enabled. As far as taking a screenshot I am uncertain of what you are asking. In Vista by using Snipping Tool to capture the screen. Is this what you are asking?

also: what serendipity version are you using? and did you by chance install any additional WYSIWYG editor plugins? do you remember having changed/deleted any files since after it last worked?
