Text displayed like html source

Post by pedroluizdias »

Hi Garvin,

Please forgivme about my english...
Im experiencing some weird blog behaviour.
My install procedure, is using the very last release, is in a shared fashion, using virtual hosts. I've created 6 blogs in shared fashion following the directions in your article.
During 1 week everything works fine, but today a little bug shows up...
The problem.
Any text edited, when in preview or published mode, displays like html source...
The other 5 blogs still working fine..
Important info: My install choice is using symbolic links for htmlarea, templates_c, etc. exactly as in your article.

Any tip?

Thanks in advance.

PS.: Garvin, please accept my apologies...

Can you post a URL to the problem blog, as well as a URL to another without the problem?

Hi!

If you see HTML code, this might be related to a text markup plugin you installed. The "Wiki" markup plugin would cause such a thing, also possible the Textile markup plugin.

Also, if you've maybe enabled the WYSIWYG editor and did not switch to sourcemode when entering HTML, it could cause such a display...?

Regards,
Garvin
