Pop-up Comments loses Template

Hello, I'm an Italian user of serendipity. At the beginning was fine, but after several updates (done correctly) I have the problem that the pop-up comments from users, no longer has the graphics of the template. Even changing the templates, things do not change. In the news instead (without popup) the graphics of the template is applied correctly.
May depend on what?

The look of pop-up comments is determined by a file commentpopup.tpl. Perhaps it does not correctly reference your stylesheet?? I tried to see for myself, but you have pop-up comments disabled.

I solved it, using it as in Entries.tpl the same op in "if" and "else" when click in "comment(n)". I eliminated the pop-up with a link that leads directly to the extensive comments of the news
I solved the problem as a non-programmer in a practical way
