Where is comment form text message

I would like to edit these lines in the comments area. I can't seem to find where they are

E-Mail addresses will not be displayed and will only be used for E-Mail notifications.
To leave a comment you must approve it via e-mail, which will be sent to your address after submission.

They are stored in most likely just one constant in the corresponding language file in /lang. You can edit these, but keep in mind that your changes will be overwritten in case of a S9y update.

I think this one is inside the serendipity_event_spamblock/lang_en.inc.php file.
