Recently the plug in screen added up and down arrows below each unit. Since that happened I can no longer grab them by the left corner and move them around. It just ignores the mouse it seems. Fiddled with mouse some but it hasnt helped.

Check your personal settings. Make sure the option labeled "Enable advanced JS usage?" is enabled.

Ha! I had just come back to edit the post to say it is not the mouse as I tried it on other machines, and then expected to come by for an answer in a few days (the email alert is not working for some reason) and lo and behold, Don already answered it! I am impressed!
