Yahoo Pipes to translate

Yahoo Pipes can translate a RSS feed into German using Bablefish. Since I don't speak enough German to do more than order a beer I have no idea if it translates well enough.

If it does it may be a good solution.

Yahoo weather Plugin

I am glad you like it. I would love to get it to work in German. If you can help me find a German rss feed for it. http://de.weather.yahoo.com/ would be the place to start looking I think.

You can have it work for anywhere in the world by figuring out the location code for anyplace and of course ...

Yahoo Weather Plug-In

I tried to create a Yahoo Weather plug-in.
You can see it at http://www.wesandkim.com/blog
The code is at http://www.wesandkim.com/blog/serendipity_plugin_yweather.zip
It allows you to put in up to 15 different locations you'd like to see the weather for. The configuration allow you to switch ...

HTML Nugget

I get the feeling you are supposed to add it to the template or to write a plug-in for it. I solved it another way by using an iframe to load the php file.

<iframe width="150" scrolling="no" height="650" frameborder="0" style="overflow: visible;" src="yweather.php" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0 ...

versioning and autosave

I downloaded a brand new version of Serendipity on a new machine and loaded only the autosave, sparticus, and versioning plugins. autosave + versioning does give the exactly the same problem you described. I uninstalled the versioning and the autosave went back to working. On Jay's blog he mentioned ...

A few things to check out might be the editor you are using, if you are using the versioning plugin, if you are using the current version of the plugin and serendipity. Also is there an [AUTOSAVE] entry? I think you are supposed to edit the one without the [AUTOSAVE] in it, but it should still be ...

New Version

The new version still works just fine in I.E. but I still get the same error:
The ajax call failed ! [TypeError: form has no properties]
when I try from Firefox. I think your work is fantastic anyway.

Somehow I am hitting the spam filter on your blog each time I try to respond there.

I would love to comment on Jay's blog, but he's got the comments on his blog blocked.
That is why I posted here. I just hate having to use I.E. to use this really awesome plugin.

Autosave

I have to say that this is the coolest plugin ever. I couldn't be more excited about it. However I have a problem.
When I tried it in Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.1 I get this error:
The ajax call failed ! [TypeError: form has no properties]

I tried it in Internet Explorer 6.0 and it works just fine. (I ...

Staying logged in longer.

Is there a way that I can change how long I stay logged in before it makes me log in a second time. I seem to take too long for it.

I am using Firefox on Windows XP. I just tried it again to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. Is there some kind of setting or something? I also tried it from this forum and I went to Google and came back and it was still here.

Loosing entries

Sometimes I accidentally click off the page when I am entering a new entry and I loose everything I was working on. If I click the back button it is gone and I am faced with re-entering everything from the beginning. I realize I could save a draft but is there anything else I can do to get it back ...
