Do you know what scripts I should take to concervt serenpidity to multi blogs (and muli user) hosting script ?

Does serendipity can be used as a multi users hosting blogs? Can each user can register and start his own blog (like blogger or bloghoster) ?

existing pluggins need for that?

Trying serendipity I thought it could have unlimited separate blogs. But I think it's not true because the data (images, category...) are common for every user and different category are not blog. So without mod it can't be use for kind of blog hoster for a community because each publisher can ...

I just installed serenpidity. Great job really !

But I have a little problem:
I have installed add new user pluggin. But I have a problem because e-mail to activate the account created are not send. There is no message error.
