My host removed everything from my htaccess file today. Could you please show me what that file should contain? I can't see it in the install I downloaded, and I can't just extract overtop of things because I'm installed in the main directory and it installs everything in a ...

What IS the right owner name? Because most of my plugin files are 777 and I can't change them, I've been hacked recently. According, S9 shouldn't even allow permissions settings to belong to "nobody", as this is a security issue. :(

This is what's happening with every backup script I've used - anything that can automatically backup your stuff can also be used for abuse, and hosts are slowly catching on and disallowing things that the scripts (and spammers ...

My backups are perfect if I run them, but I can't get the automatic backups to happen. I believe I have everything selected in the admin panel to run db backups every 12 hours and HTML backups every 24 hours, but neither ever happens.

My server is Linux, Apache is 1.3.34 (Unix), PHP is 4.3.11 ...

Thanks - now it's working. Keep in mind, it COULD be that there's nothing wrong with the plug-in, and the problem was due to the permissions issues I was having with Spartacus (which, until yesterday, I didn't really understand or know how to fix).

NOTE: since I upgraded, I'm having permissions problems with my server on the plugins and templates folders, as happens with Spartacus on certain hosts. Dunno if that could be causing the problems. I've got a note into my host, so hopefully that'll be taken care of soon.
